Looks like Ullr is a Norse god and the text on the opposite side looks like german. Other than that, anyone have an idea what this is and how old it might be?

A Norse god appearing with German text could be indicative of it dating to the WWII era as Norway was occupied by the Third Reich.

Does it feel heavy and dense like lead or what kind of metal does it seem to be made from? It looks like it may be plated.

From my recollection, it is no less than the diameter of a US quarter but not as large as a half dollar. Had a soft heaviness to its feel in hand. I’d have to dig it out from where I stashed it for more info about size or weight. I took these pics some time ago.

seems to be linked to this area or the village of the same name
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spitzingsee

Ullr is also linked to skiing and as talimen linked to him.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ullr#Modern_reception

The item in question would likely be one the Spirzingsee area

Then looking the top It say something like Spitzinghaus so I look if there was something like that linked to Spitzingsee and yes there is

So it the Spitzinghaus mit Spirzingsee or the Spitzinghaus (by near in) Spirzingsee

One such place is listed as the private training hill of Olypemic Skier Horst Möhwald

Not sure if that is the story or if someone with more that half remember high German can get some more
