Being a newb and not great at pics of coins yet, but hope to share some soon. This piece is about the size and thickness of a U.S. half dollar, does not attract to my small magnet and no corrosion. I don't think it is silver though.? Obviously, it is a 'hanger', part of a medal. Jefferson and Napoleon 1803 with U.S. government building on reverse. I find that interesting since it does not say 'White House'. any info or comments much appreciated... well, pics turned out 'OK'

I'm not an expert on medals or World's Fair collectibles but if I had to guess I would say it's from the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis, also called the Louisiana Purchase Exposition. I have no idea what it is worth or what it's made of.
thanks Jim, that is the only pic that i have found in my searching. Still it seems they have ?'s and a vague and obvious description only. I see no 'copper' here. ... thanks mcrow also.
