First a question, I have a number of Norwegian coins with discrepencies either obverse or reverse (9 coins in total), is it better for you for me to present them in seperate threads or in smaller groups or all at once?
Anyway the first two are here
1981 - 5 ore, 3 photos. obverse has severe horizontal markings with 3 pronounced grooves at the top.
1966 - 10 ore, 3 photos. under rim on left is a possible hit. Behind the rear left leg of the bee appears to be a crack down to the R, and a piece seems to have detached and relocated upside down by the right leg of the R.
Sorry if my observations are are not very technical

I think both of your coins have planchet flaws like Improperly Mix Alloy And Lamination issues.
