    mine looks identical to yours eugene, i have never heard of them being minted as proof issues.

    Thanks Everybody,
    you all confirmed my thoughts on this one. I was very suspisious because of how shinny it was. It just didn't look like a proof strike to me. No worries I had no intention of buying it. The coin just caught my eye beacuse it said "proof". I didn't think they had minted proofs and it turns out I was right! I'm learing from you guys everyday, thanks so much!
