Looks like pmd, got rubbed or ground off. The only other think I can think of is a dramatic strike through, but this is unlikely due to the size and the way the E in ONE looks.
Definitely looks like a grease-filled die. Pretty nice find, but like previously said, it does not add a tremendous premium to the overall price. -Brian

You see how the rim on the right side of the reverse (or the POP) is still raised? If it were PMD, I believe the wear would have caused the rim to be flatter. -Brian
