Since everyone is being so nice, despite my being clueless, I thought I'd double-check here. I'm in the process of selling off some coins, nothing particularly collectible, but prior to 1965. I found a guy in Manhattan who (supposedly) seems to be paying slightly above the going rate ($240 for a roll of quarters, he says). But at the moment, I'm looking at a roll of older half-dollars and just want to ask: I suppose there's nothing from any of these years that's particularly special? I think they're called Liberty and Franklin half-dollars. 1939 1940 1942 1943 1945 1946 1951-1954 1957-1963
Assuming you're not going to post pictures, and assuming they're just random ugly coins, 24x face is a reasonable price. Especially given they're currently ~22.5x face.
NorthKorea has it buttoned down. Depending on grade, the walkers will command higher than melt if they grade out "About Uncirculated" or higher. If you can provide some pics, that will help us better gauge condition and provide a range that is more accurate. Hope this helps.
