I recently found this quarter and as soon as I saw it I knew it looked different. The obverse side looks like any other quarter, apart from the die crack going from the QU to Washington's throat, but the reverse side just has a look of plain metal. No luster at all. The pic isn't all that great but to see it with the naked eye you can tell. Does that make it an error or just ugly?
