My 2009 Red Book puts a Off-Center Jefferson Nickel at $12.

This is for modern coins that are missing aproximately 20 to 60% of the coin's design.. In which your coin is..

    Very cool find!! :thumb:

Put it on eBay with the title...........

L@@k! RARE 1794 FLOWING HAIR NICKEL COIN MONEY ERROR.

I'M NO EXPERT GRADER, BUT I CAN TELL YOU THAT THIS COIN IS AUTHENTIC. I AM A DIRECT DESCENDANT OF PAUL REVERE, AND THIS COIN HAS BEEN HANDED DOWN IN MY FAMILY FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION.

I'M NOT GREEDY LIKE SO MANY OTHERS, SO I WILL SELL THIS COIN WITH A "BUY IT NOW" OF $50,000.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE IS $10,000. CHECKS ONLY! BUYER MUST WAIT 90 DAYS FOR CHECK TO CLEAR BEFORE ITEM IS SHIPPED. NO REFUNDS!

I like the way you think cpm9ball! :hail:

Or you could just say it was a Wartime Jefferson Nickel.. that would put it at about $175 instead of $12. (don't actually do this)

but if you want to go for the overkill; follow cpm9ball's advice.. you could probably get away with it these days. (this you can try) :goofer:

Nice error Boonman. $8-$12 is generally a good range for a price, but its actually worth what someone is willing to pay...

sell coins that are worth an amount youd actually use like $150 or something haha.
