I have a couple of nickels that I think may be lamination errors. I'd like to hear from the pros. What do you think?

I'm not an error collector and don't really know anything about laminations. But from what I've seen posted here on CT I'd say the first one is a lamination error and the second looks more like PMD.

The second one looks kind of like a retained lamination to me. Especially the piece on Tom's head.

Thanks BoneDust. Do you have any idea what these things may be worth? I know not much but I've never really dealt with them before so I'm not sure.
