I have 2 nickel halves that were stuck together, both halves being heads. Upon rubbing the nickel in my fingers, they came apart. They don't appear to have been glued, just held together. If you put them together, they equal the thickness of a whole coin. The inside surfaces are smooth. Does anyone have a comment?
a magician's trick or a novelty or somebody desprate tp win a coin toss. either way it doesnt have numismatic value anything because it is after mint damage. Although, it is a nice conversation piece or a way to trick your friends. Hey, if you find the other half thats an all tails coin you could amke a real nickel. then when your friend asks to see if the coin is real before you toss it put the tails part on. then before you flip it put the the heads piece again. Natrually, call heads. -James
