Just picked this up recently and the dealer thought it odd that I did so. But I told him every coin has something you can learn about it, and besides, I didn't have one. Sorry the pictures aren't very clear, but you can see the clip. I may nhave to take it out of the 2x2 to get better pics.
Seems legit.. A bit of wear opposite of the clip where the Blakesley Effect would be. That is a weak strike opposite of the clip.
I don't understand why the dealer would think it odd that you bought this but it's a great clip and a nice looking coin.
