Nickel 1946

I found a nick that's date is 1946 with no mint mark...Anyone know what it's worth/ No Pics sorry

Phily coins had no mint marks in 1946 only 1942 to 1945 had the P on them

 

The mintage of 161-million+ was high enough that '46 Phillys are worth $2 a roll in common circulated grades.

 

a 1946 nickel in circulated condition is worth around 25 cents. still a nice find! hold onto it for awhile.

 

Nice find. Not rare, but neat to find nickels before 59. Keep looking, a whole lot more out there!
