Nice Condition

    One of the tellers at the bank saved this for me last week. 1963 $5 note, I am surprised by it's condition, nicer than most of the new notes that I get in change. Other than some minor wear it is pretty nice.

    Sorry for the horrible blurry photos :) Not good at photographing notes.

    How do you get old money from bank tellers??? What bank do you go to?

    Very nice. It's a keeper, at least for now. You might even want to begin a collection of Red Seal $5 notes.
    Unfortunately my local tellers have been told to hold onto the "old" notes that come in so they can be returned to the Fed.
