Offhand, I'd say, "No!" It appears to have some wear on the obverse. FWIW, you need to take your photos from directly overhead. Whenever you take photos at even a slight angle, the resultant image can hide some flaws. Chris
How much does it cost to get a coin graded? ( $10?) This coin in MS-63 which is higher than the photo, is worth 0.99 cents.
I think you may have posted another thread on this. Other than error coins, there are no 1934-date cents worth slabbing.
