Anyone ever seen this designation on a coin holder before?

What does it mean? My guess is it was found in a sealed roll that was originally send to the great State of Maine?

It came up in an eBay alert sent to me for containing the word "Maine".

    I'm not sure. I'm looking.
The NGC Cert lookup doesn't show pictures of the slab nor gives any information on the meaning of Main Roll

But it does give a value..
