I received an 1993 Silver Eagle back from NGC, and the slab looks as if it has 5 different areas or spots around the outside edge that look like the holder has been glued together. Possibly the holder was melted a little in the sealing process. Does the electronic sealing sometimes melt the slab? One NGC slab that I have has two of these spots on the edge, and another holder has no spots on the edges. Nice and clean. Does a holder having these spots lower the slabed coin value? It does take away somewhat the appearance of the coin. Thanks, Jim
