NGC Franklin Commens

I received five coins back from NGC. Here are the grades:

PF 69 Ultra Cameo
PF 69 Ultra Cameo
PF 70 Ultra Cameo
MS 70
MS 70

All five coins were Franklin Commens

I just sent another 15. I hope my results are about the same or better. It seems as a rule that most Modern Commens get between 68 and 70. Is that about right?

well, IMO modern comems are minted in consistantly higher quality then earlier coinage .. i dont know if the 68-70 is right, but i wouldnt think its too far off ...
