NGC early release with sealed mint box?

    Does anyone know if you can get an early release designation if you send them a sealed mint box dated within the cutoff date? I know pcgs allows this but NGC website says they need to be received by the cutoff date and makes no mention of sending a sealed mint box. Does anyone know for certain?
