I HAD SUBMIT MANY OF MY COINS TO NGC - MANY OF THEM CAME BACK AS AUTHENTICITY UNVERIFIABLE . WHATS UP WITH NGC ? BEING SO CAUTION ABOUT THAT ? I KNOW THEY ARE 100 % REAL COINS.

    ANYBODY HAS SAME ISSUE?
4 COINS IN THE RAW ? PURCHASED FROM DIFFERENT LOCATIONS & DIFFERENT TIME > COMMON NGC $_57 (1).JPG

You know they are real but they do not.
    It's that easy.

    doug444 STAMPS and POSTCARDS too!

Even TPG receive coins well outside their range of experience. You should have checked beforehand.

That's garbage! They have to spend more time trying to authenticate an unknown coin than they do for a known coin.

Rather than waste your time, here, why don't you go to the NGC forums and pose your question on "Ask NGC"?

There is no such thing as being too cautious when it comes to these countries and coin knock-offs (in fact, two of these countries take the cake when it comes to knock-offs in any category, not just coins). You can add Belarus and any number of East European countries to this manufacturing circle. Their quality trumps many Chinese fakes.

Rightly so, PCGS and NGC are cautious. This is pracisely because they actually guarantee what they slab.

I'm not translating, but, the abundance of photos under this link, speaks volumes...

great !thanks for remind about NGC Forum. you exactly right , thats why TPGs for to authenticate the coins - not only take your money ! whats the point then for TPGs if they are worthless ?

You seem very angry about all of this. Have you considered that maybe the coins are not authentic? How are you so sure they are real?

It would be nice to see some good photographs depicting the four coins that were deemed "authenticity unverifiable". It would also be nice to learn the dimensions and weights.

yes im kind of disappointing about this , my 4 year old son knows more about coins than they are , i get all my coins from good sources for many years , i always examinate & study each coin i get ( compare etc.) before i send them to TPG .
Looks like they have lack of people who knows about world coins.
anyway as soon as get them i will post some photos .

I dare you, no, I double dare you to find a Chinese or European/Russian TPG that will offer the experience that, according to you, PCGS and NGC lack. Many of the foreign TPG's assign real grades to DETAILS coins. The people that decided not to step in the potential cow pie you submitted to them, did so, because they are the best this world has to offer.

Speaking from experience, I can tell you that the foreign market is filled with old dogs that are unable to learn new tricks. Their regional coin knowledge might be better than some PCGS and NGC expert's, but, their coin surface and fake detection knowledge and experience is nil. Many of them will slab fakes, cleaned coins, overgrade by a landslide and still find a clientele in doing so. The inventory they are surrounded by (geographically and historically) is fake, cleaned and overgraded. They have no choice, but to continue in their ways, if they wish to stay in business. If you buy a raw coin from them, they will shine it up quickly, prior to sending it to you, leaving you wondering why the coin is so much shinier than the original photos.

USA has PCGS, NGC, ANACS, ICG

Canada has ICCS and CCCS (nothing to be embarrassed about)

Eastern Europe and Asia have PCG... http://www.pcggrading.in/index.php

Please check out this CT topic... http://www.cointalk.com/threads/poland-graded-1896-morgan-dollar.111874/

These are the prime reasons why I do not waste my time or anyone else's with Chinese coins. It is also advisable to avoid other known fakes.

I'm sorry but I have to question just how much you actually know about world coins.
I can tell you know nothing about NGC. Your post about them are not fair.

He knows enough to try to have them graded by NGC.

I know enough not to bother grading any of my Russian coins.
