Here's my 1881 Morgans, raw as usual. Please express a grading opinion. BTW I incorporate the consensus grade into the final image. 1881 1881-O 1881-S The 1881-CC is already graded by ANACS. This is what it looks like:
AU-50, XF-40, AU-53 respectively. And that is some nasty looking scratches on the SanFran. Nice CC BTW.:thumb:
Yes. Amazing how I never noticed this before. Imaging my coins has given me a chance to review their condition. Unfortunately too many surprises. I just replaced the 1881-S with an MS-63. It's not an expensive coin thankfully. My 1891-S is even worse. Maybe I'll have a replacement before I get to that date. Then I have to figure out what to do with the damaged coins. Probably auction them off starting at bullion value.
