NEWPS! - Israeli 250 & 500 Perutah. swiss proof?

    I met with a collector in the neighborhood last night, and we traded some of his extras (he collects Israeli) for my extra pounds & Euros.

    For 20 Pounds & 39 Euros (all coins) I got these:

    (250 & 500 Perutah silver, and a "victory" sterling coin that didn't have PVC damage (not that I could see)

    Plus:

    About 21 in swiss Franc coins, including this Cameo Beauty, I'm decently sure it is a proof:
