    Hey guys,
Its been a good while since I've posted. Been busy with school and a big promotion at work (now head manager). Sad news came in late July. My coin dealer moved to West Virginia so there are now no face-to-face coin dealers in White Co., GA. However, I was told someone at a local antique shop has a display up so I figured I'd check it out. They didn't have a lot but boy did they have some goodies. I had very little money but here's what I picked up.
    1) 1943-P Jefferson for, get this, 25 cents. I think its been cleaned but it has 5 steps. :)
    2) 1916-D Barber quarter, great details, nice gold(ish) toning on the reverse, maybe dipped but not cleaned, $12
    3)1901 Barber Quarter, G-4, $2
    Total of $14.25.
    Not too bad IMO.
They have an 1861-O half dollar for 45 bucks. Anybody tell me if this is a good deal or not or how to tell if its real. Its got great detail but not much luster. Probably a VF-20/30.
    Thanks,
    Tyler

P.S. I'll post pics tomorrow. Too lazy to do that tonight. :p

the seated $1/2 may be a deal, it depends on the actual grade.
