This one came in today and is my first coin from Cilicia, in modern day Turkey, and is the plate coin for SNG Levante 791. There are many small variations of this basic type with Tyche/Hermes, and I know at least one other fellow forum member has one because he's the reason I added it to my want-list(looking at you, Bing)!

Cilicia, Korykos under Roman rule. Circa 1st century BC. Æ22mm(6.30 gm). Turreted head of Tyche right; ΔΙ behind / Hermes standing left, holding phiale and caduceus. ΚΩΡΥΚΙΩΤΩΝ to right. SNG Levante 791 (this coin); cf. SNG France 1075; cf. SNG von Aulock 5679.

Anyone else got anything from Korykos to share?

VERY nice Red !! Great posts all!!

The closest I own is a turreted Tyche and suckling wolf reverse from Troas Alexandria under Roman rule)....also from modern Turkey, of course.

Awesome coins all, and Steve, that countermarked one is especially cool. I only have a handful with countermarks but none anywhere near as awesome as yours.
