Newfoundland 1917-C 10 cents

I was looking through my 2004 edition of the Standard Catalog of World Coins and the Newfoundland 1917-C 10 cents is not listed. It lists the 1917-C 5 cent and 25 cent, but it has nothing between 1904 and 1938 for the 10 cent section. Does anyone have a mintage, and values for this coin in very good, and fine? If so, I would greatly appreciate it.
