I just acquired these from a bullion dealers 90% box. I'm so glad they don't sit down and go through everything. This first one, has very nice details. I'd say probably XF. But it looks like it was a metal detector find from a salt water shore, that the finder then used electrolysis to "clean" it up. Oh well, I'm not complaining at the price I paid. 1920-D Standing Liberty Quarter with XF details. Then this screamer caught my attention. The obverse has a bit of gunk on the surface hiding the luster, but the reverse is pretty nice. 1936-S Washington Quarter that I'd say could go AU-58
I was shocked at how much some of the dealers around me have in. I think the weaker hands are selling now that silver is at $16.00 an ounce.
I check out one of our local pawn shops from time to time, have picked out several O mint Barbers, even the 1909s. Kind of something that no one seems to care about mintmarks.
