Got this for under 10 bucks. The seller had several nice old spanish and french silver, I didn't think I'd win. If you can tell me anything about this coin I'd appreciate it, the seller did not know what it is.

It is from spanish netherland,which was under the reign of Philip IV in 1622. That coin is quite possibly a fraction of Patagon. I am not very sure about its denomination and value, but I do think you did well if under 10 bucks. Maybe you can check it in the Krause.
