I am a complete novice in the coin collecting space. I am looking to establish the value of a error coin that I came across. I believe I have a 1993 Hidalgo $20 pesos silver coin. It looks to me like a coin that was cut down to a smaller size (i.e., PMD, or post-mint damage). However, I don't really know. I will defer to any more knowledgeable answers you get. Hope you do. Welcome!
