    Your coin looks like it has endured PMD, which means Post-Mint Damage. PMD occurs when a coin is hurt after it has left the Mint, or area it was made.
    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but your cent is worth $0.01.

    Also, welcome to CT! The people here are very intelligent!

    :welcome:The cent in the image you posted appears to be post mint damage not an error.

    Welcome to the forum.
    In the future, it would be helpful if you told us what you are seeing that is different.
    I am seeing a normal coin that has been damaged outside of the mint. Unfortunately, this is a common occurrence, and is not worth anything.
