Hi, Im very new to collecting and have a starting question. Are mylar sleeves and hard plastic top loaders ok? Or are binders a better option? Thanks all!

I store mine in binders with polyester storage sheets. Because I collect only large sized paper I haven't found any top loaders that will fit in the binder pages so I don't use them.

Mylar or similar/Non PVC is the most important. Heard the hard cases can flatten out embossing.

Great thanks! I just found Mylar sleeves at a decent price and a good album. That should be a good start. I ordered some sleeves last week but they do not say what they are made of so I am not using them just to be safe.

I believe the Lighthouse Grande currency storage pages are about the best quality you can get. Here's where I get mine: Amos Advantage

I use the BCW rigid currency slabs for my notes.
