This is a supplement to the new book of the same name. For anyone that is planning on getting this book - while it is extremely informative and full of sciency stuff, the images in the current B&W version are mostly inadequate for solid visual comparison of diagnostics. So just a heads up, if you plan on buying the book, you will more than likely need the CD's also in order to get the full potential out of it. Plan it into the cost. As an aside, it's always nice to buy direct from the author/co-author. The signature may not mean much in the "real world", but it adds sentimental value. It's the second time I purchased a reference directly this way and both times it came signed Thanks @Colonialjohn
