Sweet wheat SWEET WHEAT & wonderful photo.:high5: Makes me think I should get a better background for my Cents as the black really sets them off. Course, then I would have to start getting nice new looking ones instead of my usual "foundlings".
They are in jpg. format linked to my photobucket account Traci, Nice 47,It still amazes me to find coins that old in that good of shape in little out of the way antique shops
Looks to me like a nice coin. Looks to have tons of luster, the fields are pretty clean and the marks that are on the coin along with the slight spotting mostly on reverse seems consistent with alot of Lincolns I see graded MS64RD by the major grading services... of course, could go a point either way I'm sure.
Your photo is a little fuzzy, but if your coin looks as nice as that 1947-D, but has no "D", it is at least a 66 and maybe a 67. PCGS 67's (there are only 10 of them) run ~$5000. Even 66's will run you ±$200. BTW, the 47-D runs <$1000 in 67, ±$20 in 66
