Here,s another nice note that i just picked up recently very high Grade with a population of only 7 ! Series 651 $1 in PCGS 68PPQ !! Issue date: 4/28/69 Withdrawn: 5/19/69 (Japan) 6/11/69 (Libya) 11/19/73 (Korea) The Fractionals were only issued in japan and Libya and not Korea Making them a very rare find!! As you can see by the issue dates They were only available for only a couple of weeks before being Withdrawn!! Notice the nice minute man vignette to the far right of the note!!
Now this is one that sticks out. Seriosuly MPCUSA I think this is the one that belongs in an amazing collection.
Yes, It is a very high grade!! Also when you consider there is only one 70 In any series made and just a handful of 69,s which i have a couple, 68 Is really at the top of any reasonable collection!!
