Sure, but I haven't seen them all personally! The 2010 Red Book reports that they minted about 244,200,000 of each P/D and another 3+ Million of the S silver/clad.

 

is it an error "gold color" or some toning

 

can't tell from the image, if anything, a missing clad layer, but as shown, it looks like it's been laying in a fountain building up algae.

 

Yeah, I'd say there's some environmental issues associated with this piece.....
