Hello my name is Andre. I not into collecting, but my girlfriend's grandfather left behind a coin she and I are puzzled over. I've tried researching, but came up with nothing. Hopefully someone here will be able to help.

Nice coin. I will check back to see if someone can answer. There are few members that seem to understand such coins. I hope one of them see it.

You should PM (private message) one of the mods to have this thread moved to the "world & ancient coins" section. You'll get a lot more responses to your question. Me? Not a clue, but welcome to the forum.......:)

That nice coin has travelled a long ways.

India Princely State of Junagadh (located in Gujarat, western India)
Nawab (prince) Mohammad Rasul Khanji (1892-1911), AKA Rasal Mahabat Khan III
Copper 1 Dokdo Samvat Era 1966 (AD 1909)

    :)
