    Ancient roman bricks, with animal footprints.. 4o cm x 29 cm, 8 kg and 9 kg
    My collection grows little by little..

    That's awesome. Love the dog prints.

    I wonder what that "trail" is on the top picture? Seems too thin to be a wagon wheel. Maybe a small cart of some type?

    So cool. Its nice to see a pet immortalized in such manner, and being able to see evidence of this long-gone dog nearly 2,000 years after the fact. Can't wait until you find one with a thumbprint from the brick maker. Only a matter of time I suppose.

    Neat! It's a good thing your brick was not located next to an old Roman fire hydrant otherwise it might have looked a lot different!
