New Hampshire quarter that was scrapped by US Mint?

I've been holding on to it ever since we found this by chance (my wife got this as a change for a purchase).

We're curious as to how much this is worth?

Here's the scanned picture, front/back, I didn't rotated or anything, just flipped it over and scanned it.

That's a counterstamp added outside the mint. Worth curiosity value only.

 

The mint doesn't mark bad coins "scrap". they are run through a machine that waffles them and then they are sent to the foundry for resmelting.
