Worth about $1.50. Where did you find it?

As others have said, it isn't worth much to regular collector, but it's really cool that it came from your grandmother. I have coins that I got from family members that aren't worth much but are priceless to me

Nice. I like the pre-1934 Mercs.

It was a Mercury dime from my own grandmother that started me collecting, 42 years ago. I still have it.

PS- since it is a family keepsake and not a particularly rare or valuable coin - just a nice piece of old silver...

If you would like a jewelry/keychain bezel for it, I'll be happy to send you one. I have a few left over from my old antique mall inventory.

(You wouldn't want to make a scarcer or more expensive coin into jewelry, but since this one has relatively low numismatic value and higher sentimental value, it might be nice in one of these.)
