Hi, i have emailed Ebay concerning their new version. The new format does'nt include a photo gallery of the seller's other items directly on the auction listing. This new version will force buyers to click to another page to view sellers other items. That sellers other items photo gallery created many additional sales, and is a very important pathway into my store for impulse buyers. If you mirror my concerns over this new format's(version) lack of a "seller's other items photo gallery", please send Ebay an email about the changes. There is a link at the top of every auction listing to express your opinion on the new version(it's located where you switch between the new & old versions, almost at the top of the auction listings). I personally view deleting the sellers other items photo gallery(Off of the main auction listing), as very unfavorable for my items exposure to potential buyers!:loud::loud::loud::loud::loud::loud::loud::loud::loud::loud::loud::loud::loud::loud::loud: Example: Someone finds my auction listing through a search for a silver eagle. They might determine that they don't want my listed silver eagle, but are interested in a mint set shown on the "seller's other items photo gallery" shown on the Silver eagle listing. The buyer then purchases the mint set. This type of sale won't happen with the new version(format).
Ebay Format It has a selection menu on the top right hand area of Ebay listings. It has New version or previous version, then comments on the new version(to email your comments on the new version). You might not like them on the listings, but they produce many sales for store operators like myself. They are the best form of advertising in my opinion. I hope they reinstate quickly!
Ebay Version You might be right. Since i'm a store operator i might have a different view, or at least a test version. I have no way to know that except from other peoples reports. Does anyone here have the option(new or previous version) at the top of their Ebay listings?
