I don't know how long this one has been around but it hit me today for the first time.

Supposedly from PayPal, it gives you a "receipt" for a payment, and a website link to click on for a refund if you didn't authorize the transaction.

Very slick, but (a) it doesn't use your Paypal ID name, just your e-mail, and (b) it mixes up stuff about your supposed EBay purchase with stuff about shipping to an unconfirmed address.

Forwarded it to http://spoof@paypal.com and promptly got confirmation that it was a fake.

    Be careful out there guys.

IT is not a new Scam . That method was discussed by

victims of E-Bay scam in a collecting forum in Israel , Involving the Coins , Banknotes , Stamps , Envelopes , and everything else. Some victims of this scams from various collecting hobbies told how they were cheated
    and warned the public.

What is the link? Hopefully the Israeli authorities crack down on these people hard.

You know if I was gonna commit fraud I would do everything in my power to avoid involving the Isreali authorities! They are just too darn efficient for me to want them investigating/prosecuting my crimes!
