Greetings all, I've been reading these forums alot but never had a good enough camera to post pics, but today that has all changed! I got my new Dino Lite today, w00T! Just so happens that first coin I look at was a nice 1976 I found in some coin rolls, now it's my turn to be that guy! I don't believe there were any double die errors in 76 and know machine doubling was fairly prevolant during that era, but wanted to check with the pros before I write it off... Thanks!
I'm going to reintroduce this thread because I'm thinking of getting a Dino-light and was wondering what model you chose, and if others can recommend a best model to use.
Hi, I also use one of those dino-lites. I like it. The coin though shows some machine doubling but mostly the effect of die deterioration is apparent. No doubled die, I'm afraid. Thanks, Bill
I noticed they have several different models. For coins, can I get by with the least expensive one, or do I need to fork out the money for one of the more expensive models?
