Is this new design different than the new design that was supposed to come out last year but which they haven't worked all the bugs out of yet?
I like it! But the bills under "Much better are these" are horrible, IMHO. They look as lifeless as a phone bill.
This is the final design, originally scheduled for release Feb 1, 2011, but delayed due to printing problems not related to the design. Apparently the paper was randomly creasing during printing and the problem still hasn't been solved. http://www.newmoney.gov/newmoney/flash/interactive100/index.html
I saw these being printed in Fort Worth when I took a tour there back in January. The paper looks really blue to me.
