I was thinking of doing a new contest last week. Saw an interesting post from a new member and offered them the coins. No response so the Contest is back on. Contest will be for a 1952 Mint Set. Nice MS coins with some toning. That will be the First Prize. Second Prize will be a nice 1943-S Walking Liberty Half Dollar. Coin is at least AU but I think it might be MS. I attached some bad pictures. Coins are better than my bad photography. Working out the details of the contest now and will have the rules later. Good luck! Craig Ok..Here are the rules. Contest will end on Saturday March 3 at 10 pm Eastern Time. You must have at least 10 posts to enter. The answer to this question must be private message only. I repeat. PM your answer to be entered in the contest. One question and one question only. This link has the Squadron I was assigned to back in the mid 80's to early 90's. What Squadron was this assigned too? You will need to know that base next to Mount Rushmore. You have the aircraft type. Now Google or Bing away and PM you answer. Good luck and Godspeed! http://www.boeing.com/defense-space/military/kc135-strat/kc13502.html A clue. That Squadron does not exist anymore. What is the Squardron number..example..1, 2 etc.. Multiple correct answers and I will draw the winners.

My uncle is a pilot and fought in Vietnam and was in the airforce for 30 years. So it is time to get him on the phone
This was actually quite fun. See? Air Force JROTC has its privileges. I just asked something along these lines. "How to identify what squadron a plane is from" And what the tail numbers meant. You can tell what year a KC-135 has been built. There are still ones running from the 50's!
