Welcome to Coin Talk Pchitti. Both notes are series 2006. The St Louis note, IH0004240A, and Atlanta star note, IF01061457* are border line keepers, and not worth much over face value. Several members here find notes like this in circulation quite frequently. Notes like these need to be uncirculated to have any value, or need to be much fancier.
+1 except I personally haven't seen many 2006 St. Louis $5's through my strap searches and I keep all stars and 4 digit or less serial numbers anyways so in my book they are keepers. I have indeed pulled several 2006 Atlanta $5 stars out of circulation through my strap searches. All in all; if you can afford to keep them, do so. If not, it wouldn't be the end of the world for you to use 'em to guy buy your self a hot dog or a case of beer
