Today I had a dental appt up at Ft. Meade, VA Medical Center just outside of Sturgis and in between x-rays and my other yearly dental proceedings I was chatting with the x-ray tech and found out he was quite the gold coin enthusiast and had been coin/medal collecting for over 40 years. We talked for about an hour or so and quickly realized this fellow had quite an impressive collection. His key pieces vary from three Turban Head $10's and several other early 1/2 Eagles thru Modern Eagles. I provided the link to this site, and he's a regular lurker on rec.collecting.coins. This weekend we're planning on meeting for coffee (Saturday) and talk coins. Maybe I'll get a referral to this site Take Care Ben
