I would like to present you new silver coin with real amber, issued by Niue Island and struck at the Mint of Poland. What do you think about it and how much would you pay for it?

This is a photo of this coin:

Basically a nice piece, design wise. But ... nah, I won't ask what Niue has to do with the Amber Route. ;) By the way, Poland issued "its own" Amber Route coin a few years ago - with a real piece of amber as well.

I like the coin but without the bead in it :)

Polish Amber is famous worldwide. I purchased my wife a nice matching silver ring and bracelet this past Christmas (very reasonable price). The ring has a dime sized chunk of amber that has a mosquito/small bug in it (Jurassic Park, LOL... :D) while the bracelet has bits and about half as big, there are 6 or seven of them.

The Polish "Amber Route" pieces came in two varieties - a 2 zl coin (mintage 500,000) and a 20 zl "silver/amber" coin (mintage 30,000). This is the one with the piece of amber:

Both coins also show a denarius with the Roman emperor Nero. Here is some more info about the route: http://www.amberroad.net/

I wouldn't go higher than 30 bucks.. personally because I hate all the stupid designs and such going onto coins lately. Like all the stuff coming from the Canadian mint, it's embarrassing.
