I have not, but if I were going to go for Intercept boxes, I'd probably go for the double layered box they have further down the page.

I have several of the red double row slab boxes, and I bought another at FUN. Wizard has a ton of them as $5 clearance items at various shows they attend. They are much sturdier than other double row boxes, but the intercept lining doesn't stick to the inside of the box. They're a good deal at $5, but not $16.

I already have the double layered one but my problem is that my slabs rattle inside the box unless they are full

Shouldn't be too tough to make some spacers, I would think?

The smaller, individual slab holders that are part of the double box happen to fit beautifully in the baseball card sized box, and I think 25 fit in those IIRC.

I don't see them listed on that page, but you can buy the slab holders in sets of 5 on the Wizard coin supply site.

Wadded bubble wrap works for me.

Isn't that why we buy more coins? To fill the empty spaces?

Good idea. Only buy coins in multiples of 20. ;)
