    but now that I'm looking at the pic the clip looks a little funny it look ok to you all.

    the ones i have are straight clipped. is the coin flat? whats the cut look like?

    haven't got it yet this is the pic from the sale. I put in what i thought was a low ball offer and won.

    Actually, it could be bogus. I don't like the look of the clip and I don't like the look of the rim opposite the clip. I wouldn't say with 100% certainty that it is "home made" without a better picture but it seems suspect to me.

    If you zoom in on it you can see a slight blakesley effect on the opposite side. But it is a weird looking clip

    I agree with Bill (found in rolls)


    That is a large clip, and there should be some Blakesley effect, and there is none showing.

    Seems to be quite circulated, and I would assume someone would have pocketed the coin much earlier in its life.

    The 'blakesley effect' does not always have to appear on a clip.
