I sent an email and inquired of Whitman Publishing about whether the 1984 13th Ed. of Yeoman's Modern World Coins and the 1988 8th Edition of his Current Coins of the World were the most recent, and besides an e-mail confirming that I do have the "most current" editions, the publisher told me that new editions "are planned". What they didn't tell me was in what decade they will be published , or whether they will again be edited by the Friedbergs.
