I just picked this up at Barnes & Noble. I went to get "Striking it Rich with Pocket Change", but they were out. I found this instead... Harper ISBN-13: 978-0-89689-380-1 ISBN-10: 0-89689-380-4 (order) 1-800-258-0929 (see photo below) It covers US, Canadian and Mexican coinage. It's like a "Red-Book" combined with "World Coins". Pretty neat book for only $19.99! Yeah, the US Colonial stuff was kind of glossed over, as are some of the Canadian pre-federation issues. But hey, This is like 3 volumes at the price of one! It even has a small section on US Error coins and Varieties. Even if your not interested in such a book, take a look at it the next time your in Barnsey. I love it!
You will end up with more books than coins soon. However, there is always something in each one of great interest.
