Hi.. Wanted to share this coin that I acquired recently. Its truly one of the most beautiful coins that I have. Its from the Perth Mint. Here are some details of the coin. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do. Struck from 99.9% pure silver in proof quality, the coin features delicately frosted design elements on a polished, mirror-like background. The 2004-dated 10oz silver coin is inscribed with the words EVOLUTION OF NUMBERS. Its magnificent reverse portrays numbers, symbols, glyphs and mathematical signs. Other elements include part of a stylised Chinese abacus and the spiral shape of a nautilus shell, one of several objects in nature which demonstrate the Fibonacci sequence - a series of numbers beginning with 1 in which each number is the sum of the two previous numbers The obverse of this Australian legal tender coin depicts the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the monetary denomination The Perth Mint will release just 1,500 of these beautiful coins.
Lovely looking item :smile have to say it would be a bit big for my pocket though LOL Thanks for sharing it with us
